  • CJ Kimchi cooking sauce 100g
  • Water 350g
  • Napa cabbage 40g
  • Fresh pork(neck) 80g
  • Green onion 15g
  • Onion 20g
  • Red Chili 10g
  • Tofu 150g
  • CJ Dasida 2g

Preparation

  • Napa cabbage 3*3cm Cuts
  • Green onion 0.3cm Diagonal slices, Onion 1cm slices
  • Tofu (2cm Cuts), Red Chili (0.3cm Slices)
  • Pork(neck) 2*4cm (bite-sized cubes)

Recipe

  1. Boil water in a pot
  2. Add the Kimchi Cooking Sauce, pork, napa cabbage, onion boil for 20 minutes. (medium heat)
  3. Add tofu and red chili, green onion, Dasida and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
