- CJ Kimchi cooking sauce 100g
- Water 350g
- Napa cabbage 40g
- Fresh pork(neck) 80g
- Green onion 15g
- Onion 20g
- Red Chili 10g
- Tofu 150g
- CJ Dasida 2g
Preparation
- Napa cabbage 3*3cm Cuts
- Green onion 0.3cm Diagonal slices, Onion 1cm slices
- Tofu (2cm Cuts), Red Chili (0.3cm Slices)
- Pork(neck) 2*4cm (bite-sized cubes)
Recipe
- Boil water in a pot
- Add the Kimchi Cooking Sauce, pork, napa cabbage, onion boil for 20 minutes. (medium heat)
- Add tofu and red chili, green onion, Dasida and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
